Action Research inquiries are the engine-room of innovation and leadership in the Cadence Roundtable. They enable practitioners themselves to find pathways for their sector, beyond today’s unsustainable norms and assumptions.

The aim of an Action Research inquiry is to develop recommendations for change in its chosen area of policy or practice. In order to create the circumstances in which those recommendations can put into effect, they can be followed up with advocacy to key decision-makers in government and professional bodies.

Action Research with the Cadence Roundtable is also an opportunity for members to develop their own leadership for a world beyond environmental breakdown. As society’s understanding grows of the risks we face, participation in a Cadence inquiry will leave you well-placed to show the way.
